2. Be aware of where you are wasting energy in your life. (Example thinking negative or violent thoughts, thinking too much, something in your life who is interrupting your sleep, think practically to avoid getting stressed.) Think positively and encourage yourself and others.
3. Be a part of a team. Your team needs to be part of your life hanging out for fun, pushing each other in practice past your comfort zones and helping each other in school. Making fun of and putting each other down will corrode a team and not lead to success.
4. Keep in mind you always have enough time, its how you use the time.
